David Strucinski

Organized by Steve Grau

Update
Dawid has been at the rehabilitation center for about 3 weeks now. Although he is still not able to walk or talk, we are very optimistic about his future. The facility that he is in is an amazing place with amazing people working with him all day long.
Update
Dave contracted pneumonia a few days ago and from what I understand, it is not uncommon and he is going to be fine. I was able to visit him yesterday, and for most of the time that I was there he was awake. He is not yet able to speak and he is still not completely there, but each day he is getting better and things are looking good.

As long as Dave is able to fully breathe on his own, without the help from any machines, he will be transferred from the ICU to a rehabilitation center.
Update
As of now, Dave still remains in a coma, but a few days ago he was able to open his eyes for 5-10 minutes and respond to some of the things that we asked him to do such as raise his hand and show us 2 fingers. Even after Dawid wakes up, there is going to be a long road to recovery, but I am hopeful and optimistic that he will be able to make a full recovery.

http://corinnemm.blogspot.com/ is a blog designated to raising money for Dave by the amount of views and add clicks that it gets. The blog is not run by me, but I will relay information and try to get it updated as often as possible.
Thank you everyone for all of the support.
Words can not express how gracious I am of all of the support that we have gotten from everyone. We raised a lot of money at the event and the online donations keep coming in and I couldn't be happier.

I have been contacted by a lot of people wanting to put together other events to help raise money and I will let everyone know when other events will take place.

If you have any questions or ideas, please email DawidDonation@gmail.com
